Caitlin loved watching her daddy flip the pancakes from the pan. He puts on quite a show!
This picture shows off her boo-boo. She got pushed on the playground at school on Tuesday and has a little scrape on her chin. Between that and the cold she's been fighting off for a little bit now she has not been herself this week. She tried the crepe-style pancake rolled up with chopped bananas, but it wasn't what she felt like that night.
But that's another post for another time...

How are Irish pancakes different from regular pancakes? Is it the "air" time? :)
Poor little scrap on her chin! Regardless -she is adorable and from your other posts you look like you doing great! I loved the no spill bubbles and have already picked up some for my nephew. Take care!
