Caitlin has suddenly shown a great interest in pens, pencils, crayons...you name it. I tried getting her to color with crayons on paper, but she doesn't quite push down enough to leave a mark. I remembered that I'd ordered an Aquadoodle on clearance after Christmas and decided to give it a try. Success!
It is actually pretty neat. You fill the pen with water and it leaves blue marks when you use it on the special white mat.
It dries and fades, and the pen is just water so Caitlin can't do any damage!

She looks like such a big girl in these pictures. I can't believe how quickly she is growing and becoming interested in "big kid" stuff!! That does look like a fun toy.
My Mom bought something similar for Rylee. They are cool.
