First Beach Trip of the Summer

Boots for Muddy Puddles

On the way home from the zoo we stopped at the mall. We did not find what we were looking for, but we did come across these Jake boots on clearance.

Sean could not wait to start splashing in muddy puddles in his new boots!

This picture was taken from the safe side of the sliding glass door. Never trust a two year old with a hose!

Zoo Fun

We love our zoo passes! The kids have gotten to be little experts at the zoo. First stop? Feeding the ducks and birds that hang out with the flamingos.

After the Florida section of the zoo, we stopped for lunch and to splash in the fountain. Then we were off to Latin America. 

We stopped to feed the fish on the way to the monkeys.

This old car is always a stop. Sean told us he was driving to Ireland.

The Irishman and I were happy to sit on a bench in the shade while the kids ran through the fountain.

They had a blast!

Memorial Day Fun

Yesterday we went to my grandparents' house. It was the perfect long weekend fun!

The kids started in the little pool.

The Irishman was grill master for the day.

The little ones enjoyed puzzles with B.

This one isn't the best picture, but I wanted to show the flamingo plates and napkins.

After dinner we were all full and ready for bed...

even if there might have been a little acting involved. It was lovely!

Morgana

"This is Morgana's first time playing Daddy's iPad."

Grammy sent Caitlin this doll for Easter. We discovered later that the name on the tag is actually "Morgana." Those two do everything together these days!
